For whatever the Neshama can comprehend and perceive in the knowledge of Torah, consummates its perfection. It cannot reach consummate perfection in the "Bond of Life - Hashem" in the Source from which it was hewn, without this knowledge. Therefore our Chachamim declared "happy is he who arrives here (to Gan Eden in the spiritual realms) with his knowledge in hand" so that he will not have to reincarnate and (descend) again to this (material) world.
